We are asking because we genuinely want to know. And because in our experience, most people at your level have not had someone ask them that question in a very long time.
We are not a placement machine. We rarely use job boards because frankly we do not have to. We sit down with you, we listen to how you talk about your work, we pay attention to what lights you up and what quietly drains you, and then we tell you what we see. Sometimes that means we tell you something you were not expecting to hear. Sometimes it means we hold up a mirror and show you a version of yourself you had forgotten was there.
We are also selective about who we take on. Not because we are precious about it, but because the people we represent deserve someone who is fully present and fully invested, and we cannot be that for everyone. If we are not the right fit for active representation, there are other ways to stay connected, and we mean that warmly.
We have talked to people in the middle of their worst seasons and seen their best futures so clearly it almost felt unfair not to say it out loud. So we do.

We take on the people we genuinely believe in and can genuinely serve.

Not everyone needs active representation right now, and that’s okay. Being part of the FOMily means you are in our world, you are in our network, and you are in our prayers. If the right opportunity crosses our desk and your name comes to mind, we are picking up the phone. No pressure, no promises, just a genuine connection with someone who is paying attention.

We have talked to leaders who were buried by bad bosses, bad timing, and circumstances that had nothing to do with their talent, and who needed someone to say clearly and without flinching, this is what you are actually capable of.
